Due to unexpected server maintenance and restart, we're going to have around five minutes planned downtime today between 1200 and 1300 EDT. Investigating reports of Airtime Pro playout issues

As of 0900 CET today, we've received reports from two users about playout issues - our team are looking into this and we'll keep you appraised of the situation. Update 0946 CET: We've restarted a playout server and this appears to have resolved the issue. If you are experiencing issues please file a support ticket and we'll look into it right away.




Airtime Pro streaming fully operational

Earlier this morning (CET) some users reported issues with interruptions of their Icecast streams. It affected a small minority of users when they disconnected the stream, and could not reconnect. We believe the problem is fully resolved now and everything should be fully operational - if that's not the case for you, please file an urgent support ticket and we'll look into it right away.

Planned server migration this weekend

We have a scheduled migration of our main Sourcefabric community resources to a new host this weekend.  This will not affect Pro accounts and instances directly. However, it possibly might interrupt for a short time (for a maximum of 5 minutes) some other pages you use, including the account page you use to monitor Pro payments, upgrades and so.
